Refunds and Returns Policy
I hope this is as easy and painless as it can be for you!
When you make your order on Davidnoll.earth, our production facility matches the product blank with the specific piece of artwork you ordered. This makes it easier for us because the only inventory we have to stock is blanks. This is how we are able to print what you want when you want it. It is the easiest way for us to cut down on costs and also avoid having huge backstock of lets say something like t-shirts for Oogle in a size that is not commonly ordered very much.
WHAT WE WILL RETURN: If your product is damaged somehow in shipping (for example: something like a broken mug or a t-shirt with a printing error) we guarantee to send you out a free replacement product or refund you for the damaged product.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IF YOU NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING: All you have to do is contact us at blabbermouth@runbox.com within 30 days of purchase with a photograph of the product or products affected and we will contact the production facility to send you the speediest replacement we can make or issue you a full refund for that damaged or defective product.
WHAT WE WILL NOT RETURN: If you order the wrong size product, change your mind on the color you want or just want to change your mind about what you wanted to purchase after your product is shipped from the production facility we regret to inform you that we cannot return these items.
So, before you hit checkout, double check your product on both the cart page and the checkout page and verify if its the right size and/or color you desire. This is the best way to catch errors by checking if its right BEFORE you press the submit button with your credit card information.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ALREADY ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, COLOR OR CHANGED MY MIND? This is the easiest part of our return policy. If you email us within 24 hours at blabbermouth@runbox.com we will simply cancel your order as it usually is not printed for up to 48 hours after you checkout. Then you can easily go back and get the right size or change your mind then.
If it has been after 24 hours and before 48 hours after you checked out, we still may be able to contact the production facility and have them stop production and refund you so you can re-order the size or color that you wanted.
On some rare occasions after 48 hours we may be able to still stop production, but once its printed and shipped by our production facility, its yours unless it is damaged or misprinted in some way.
So, the best policy if you notice you ordered the wrong size, color or changed your mind and want something else, try to NOTIFY US WITHIN THE 24 HOURS AFTER YOU FINISHED CHECKOUT AT BLABBERMOUTH@RUNBOX.COM and we’ll cancel that order for you so you can get what you want.
HELP, MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED. WHERE DO I SEND IT? Have no fear! You don’t need to send it back, just photograph it first and email us at blabbermouth@runbox.com. Then you can keep it or toss it in the nearest trash receptacle if you want. If you contact us within 30 days, we will offer you either a full refund for the damaged or defective product or ship you another replacement that hopefully will be printed to your satisfaction.
If by some horribly rare and odd misfortune you receive multiple products that are damaged or misprinted, take a photo of all of the damaged or defective products in a single photo and send it to me at blabbermouth@runbox.com and we will issue you a return or replacement like all the other methods mentioned above.
HELP, MY PRODUCT NEVER GOT DELIVERED! In the event that your delivery was unsuccessful and your product never got to your location, you may need to wait up to another week past the projected postal carrier’s expected delivery date.
Holidays and delivery delays can happen in rare instances making you have to wait extra days, unfortunately. If your shipment is not delivered through the chosen shipping provider (ex. DHL or US Postal Service), it may be best to contact them first to find out if there is a problem with the tracking number we will provide you once your item ships.
If you waited this one week extra period and still no package, contact us at blabbermouth@runbox.com. A wrong address may have been entered or it may have gotten lost in the mail. We can process a return at that time if necessary.
In the event you never get your package we can work something out usually. Just contact us at blabbermouth@runbox.com and explain what is happening.
HELP! MY PRINT IS OFF CENTER OR NOT IN THE POSITION I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE: OK, if this is the case we can consider it a misprint if severe enough. But, if the print is only off center by a half inch or less, we cannot issue a refund of course, because the machines at the printing facility have a tolerance of a half inch.
A half inch is very small, so we plan to have your print right on the money as you expected it.
Also, be aware that what you see on the computer screen may not match the colors on your finished product perfectly. This is because your computer, tablet or phone monitor is usually RGB color and our printers print everything CMYK. So, expect your print to be slightly less bright and bold as what you see on your computer screen.
I’ve ordered samples of all kinds of products on here and I was shocked at the quality, color vibrance and color saturation that the production facility can produce on these products. This is why I selected these companies to print for me, as at Davidnoll.earth we aim for quality over low quality quantity every time.
I had some companies that produced subpar prints and things with lines in them while building this site, etc. I no longer do business with those companies that sent me low level quality products or that took too long to get to me.
Your product is quality checked before it leaves the production facility, so they catch many errors and just reprint it there immediately without you or I even knowing about it. That is why I chose them to be my printers!
If you feel your print is off center more than half an inch, send us a photo of the off centered print to blabbermouth@runbox.com and we will issue you a refund or reprint at no charge if we can verify this is the case.
I create much of the art on this site with the aid of computers, but sometimes the printing facility color mixing is not 100% perfect. So, if some slight variation of color happens, this is to be expected and we may not be able to offer a refund. If the color variation is significant or way off, we will consider this a misprint and reprint it for you as stated above if you photograph it first and send the email to blabbermouth@runbox.com of the damaged item within 30 days of the time you checked out.
